Presentation of Albanian Centre for Energy Regulation and Conservation - ACERC

Acerc is a think tank centre with focus in Albania energy market and its integration on Regional & Iem. The Acerc mission aim to provide a qualified contribution to the promotion of the liberalization and the effective integration as well as the efficient use of energy resources.
The main activities profiles briefly consists in the release reports, articles and periodicals. In cooperation also with our partners the offering of the activities that support capacity building of market actors, such as national and regional seminars, trainings and conferences. Initiatives completed by advocating in the energy sector to promote a forum called in Albanian School of Regulation.

Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs is offering 5 SCHOLARSHIPS

Dear Madam, dear Sir,

we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs is offering 5 SCHOLARSHIPS for graduates who are nationals of Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Macedonia, Montenegro, Morocco, Serbia, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey to attend the Diploma and Master in Advanced European Studies 2016/2017 at the European College of Parma, Italy.

Deadline for submitting the application is 11 September 2016 at 12 a.m. (Italian time).

Graduates from the above countries are invited to submit their applications by the above specified deadline following the procedure described below (both step 1 and step 2 are necessary):

• STEP 1 : Online application via the website of the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs: (open the web page, log in to the Subscription Form, create an account, fill in the online form sections, upload the requested documents etc., check the whole form and submit it as required therein)

• STEP 2: Submission of the College’s Application Form (attached hereto) by e-mail to
